THE ROLE
We are seeking a passionate and proactive project manager with an innate understanding of all aspects of digital marketing including social media, direct marketing, website management, digital PR and analytics (within the music/entertainment industry a plus) to join the team. The Digital Project Manager will provide a pivotal role managing various digital-related tasks across assigned Agency Accounts.
DIGITAL COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General Digital Marketing
- Maintain deep knowledge and understanding of brand guidelines across agency and client roster.
- Perform ongoing research tasks pertaining to the digital marketing efforts of various artists, accounts and/or campaigns.
- Understand established digital strategies across client roster focused on monetization, audience growth, and live event amplification.
- Collect and analyze data to curate the digital ecosystem for each client. Provide reports and sentiment analysis as needed/requested for each client.
- Monitor and report on necessary updates and optimizations for client websites and online stores.
- Strategize and help run social media and/or content capture for assigned events or clients.
- Build and maintain influencer and digital PR database and coordinate outreach when necessary.
- Assist with compiling and deploying email newsletters and SMS communications as needed for client roster.
- Help to grow and maintain owned (email and SMS) databases for agency and clients.
- Social Media and Content
- Organize and manage content logs and libraries for use in marketing efforts.
- Assist with short form content and graphic creation as needed.
- Coordinate, track, and organize creation of marketing and social assets with internal and external graphic designers and editors
- Perform routine monitoring and reporting imposter accounts for CTK and clients..
- Reserve social handles for future projects or new channels for existing clients.
- Maintain list of logins, social handles and domains for assigned clients.
- Digital Marketing Trends. The ideal candidate embraces continuous learning across the digital marketing landscape, and is excited to update the larger Agency team + Client roster on applicable trends and opportunities, including:
- Contribute to a weekly internal Digital Trends/News update.
- Pursue emerging media platforms for team education and forward-thinking marketing and social approaches to generate new opportunities i.e. AI, Roblox.
- Miscellaneous Team/Office Support. Our team trusts and respects each other. We are high performers. And we keep our own egos in check. Sometimes that means we take turns taking out the trash. Other team member requirements (as needed):
- Embrace company mission and values;
- Support department administrative tasks and meeting calendar coordination;
- Execute day-to-day tasks as needed and special projects as assigned;
- Position may require some weekend and evening on-call work as needed, including midnight music releases. This job is not 9 to 5. Fast-paced and exciting environment.
QUALIFICATIONS & TRAITS - THIS POSITION:
For this marketing specialist position, we are specifically looking for the following:
- Previous experience in digital marketing campaigns and creating digital content that effectively drove followers, likes, engagement, and conversions.
- An innate understanding of current culture and marketing trends, specifically Gen-Z as well as multi-generational social trends.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with project management software preferred. (Asana, Slack)
- Proficiency with industry tools such as Chartmetric, Soundcharts, Rostr, Pollstar a plus.
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM. Ideally knowledge of email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Openstage).
- Experience with social media management and reporting tools a plus. (Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Ability to create decks/one sheets (Google Slides, Keynote or PowerPoint).
- Motivated self-starter.
- Conscientious and dependable task completer.
- Well-versed in emerging digital media trends.
- Photoshop, Canva and/or InDesign skills a big plus - while this is not a full-time graphic design position, creating and editing social content will be part of the role.

- Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred);
- Coachable, feedback-hungry, and an up-for-any task mindset;
- Exceptional interpersonal, networking, organizational, verbal, and written communications skills;
- Highly organized and responsive, familiarity with project management software preferred;
- Strong proficiency of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets), Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Maintains a problem-solving mentality;
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task;
- Reliable: meets deadlines, prioritizes well, and has a high sense of urgency;
- Able to anticipate needs;
- Strong interest in the music & entertainment industry;
- Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends as needed;
- Ability to work in-office (Nashville metro area) a minimum of 4 days a week is required.
